Chinese New Year festivities in The Hague
The official opening of the national Chinese New Year will take place on Saturday February 13 in the City Hall of The Hague. A Dragon and Lion will be put to life and the art and dance group from Jiangsu province will perform.
In Chinatown the new year will be celebrated with a parade and fireworks.During the day many activities will be organised in and around Chinatown: tai-chi , demonstrations an art and culture market, workshops etc.. A business forum will be organised in the city hall.
